does eve offer worldwide shipping?

Yes. Eve's galleries + publishers securely pack + ship your artworks + books to you, worldwide. Shipping costs to your region are clearly stated on each artwork/book listing page. They are based on your location, artwork/photobook size/weight + other factors specific to your purchase. Please note that buyers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and required permits in your country. can you explain the eve returns policy?

Can I cancel my order? Yes, but only before we send your order confirmation email. Complete our cancellation form (linked here) or email eve@evephoto.io with your order number immediately.

What's your return policy? You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Important: You must get our email authorization before returning your order.

For artworks and non-book items: We accept returns for damage, defects, or change of mind (item must remain in original condition and packaging).

For books and publications: We only accept returns if the original sealed shrink-wrap remains unopened, except for damage or defect claims.

How do I return something?

  • Email eve@evephoto.io or complete our return form (linked here) within 14 days of delivery
  • Include your order number, reason for return and photos if claiming damage
  • Wait for our email authorization (we respond within 2 business days)
  • Ship back using tracked, insured service with our authorization number clearly visible.

When will I get my refund? Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the vendor receiving your returned item. For change-of-mind returns, original shipping costs are deducted. For damage/defect claims, you get a full refund including return shipping costs.
